Lindsay Lohan's Dad Not Happy With Her Playing A Manson Chick

Lindsay Lohan's dad is not happy about her decision to play Nancy Pitman in the new Charles Manson film -- Manson Girls. Pitman was part of the famous Manson family, but did not participate in the Tate-LaBianca murders.

Michael Lohan told USmagazine.com: "I really hope that Lindsay gets back to the kinds of films that led to her success. I'd like to see her do more mainstream films."

Meaning what, kids' films again? I think that ship sailed when Lindsay went to rehab for her coke addiction. Disney is not going to be knocking her door down anytime soon and Lindsay's biggest insult to cinema was not her last flop I Know Who Killed Me, but the two pieces of shit Just My Luck and even bigger pile of dung Bobby. I can't see why one more indie or thriller could hurt her career, at least she is still working.

Mr. Lohan also said that: "when you're the kind of star Lindsay is, you have to appeal to a general audience, not just a specific audience."
