The Victoria's Secret Thong Lady is Whacked!
We previously reported that some woman is suing Victoria's Secret because their thong almost blinded her. I thought she was shopping for a thong, walked by a table and some "metal fastener" randomly jumped up and hit her in the eye. What really happened is that she was trying to squeeze her fat ass into something two sizes too small for her, broke the underwear and claims it scratched her her cornea. Her lawyer claims this will " affect her for the rest of her life," but her new eye injury has not stopped her from seeing green.
Watch the video below to see how ridicules this bitch is. The clincher is she wore the panties twice before the faulty product injured her!
Also her lawyer with his "Victoria Secrets has its angels, but the devil is in the details" that is no "If it doesn't fit you must acquit," nice try but you both suck and are just the flavor of the minute. They better hurry and book that bitch on Celebrity Fit Club because we already forgot about her dumb ass. Time is running out for her fame and hopefully for her lawsuit.
For those of you who are thinking "Of course she is black" -- you're racist!

i wonder if she'll put the thong up on e-bay.
This lawyer is a nutjob. Fresh out of law school looking for his first big settlement. Doubt she even has a retainer on him. Loser!
Well yet another wasted amount of media space. I can not really believe that this is receiving media attention. Since it is and we now know about it then i guess that i want to comment in writing instead of screaming at my TV and computer ( More constructive..at least thats what the doctor said). Lets put things in order. 1) She bought the panties 1 year ago from Victoria Secret. 2) She has stated that she has worn them once before. The metal piece that flew off scratched her 3 times in the eye. 3) The metal piece may not have been lodged in her eye and if it was she should have not scratched her eye that would cause more damage which is her fault. 4)The lawyer stated that the design flaw was at a key stress point and should have not been there, but judging by the size of the thong the stress came from her hips. Anyone knows that if you stretch a ruberband too far it snaps. This is a case of i bought the wrong size trying to be sexy and not wear size appropriate undergarments and i broke it. If i drive my car without chaging the oil ever and the engine stops i cant blame the auto manufacturer. Dam this is stupid.
Firstly, it does not matter when the product was purchased and proves to be defective or causes some injury. If you purchased a car with defective brakes but the problem did not manifest until two years later at which time you or a family member were injured, maimed or killed --I'll guarantee you'd be looking for some legal representation to make you whole.
As for her physical appearance, size, height, and weight...how do you know what her size is? Do you know this person? Have you seen her in person? It's not very likely you can accurately determine any og the things you say from watching on a tv monitor or computer screen.
As for her human reaction to having a foreign object in her eye...if something that shouldn't be in your eye ends up in your eye whether you scratch or not it can be irritating to the eye.
You aboviously are a person with little or no life experience.
I thought the interviewer Meredith Viera was hostile and harrassing to both the plaintif and her lawyer. Way to go being objective in delivering the news or conducting an interview. Hmmph! I guess she wants to be the next Tim Russert. lol!
By the looks of this pop tart, it should be against the law for her to even wear a thong, let alone try one on.
Same shit done happen to me! That's why I stopped wearin panties!
I agree with Henry G. above: Meredith was already biased going into this interview. But I disagree that a thong worn a year ago should command $25000+ in damages. I don't shop at Victoria's Secret, but even at Walmart you're not allowed to wear undergarments and return them. When McCreedy (plaintiff's name?) was browsing for her new thong, she should have taken into consideration her size: yes, tight is sexy, but a good fit is better. I'd be appalled if a judge sees this through to trial.
