Madonna - Alex Rodriguez Sex Tape for Sale

Someone claims to have taped Madonna and Alex Rodriguez having sex, and he is trying to sell it for big bucks, but if you wait, you may be able to find it in the $5.99 bin. Why? Because as of right now, no one is stupid enough to buy it. 1) There is no proof that the tape exist. 2) The the Daily Star reports the video "was shot with a hidden camera in an apartment allegedly used by the pair for secret afternoon trysts." 3) It also may be illegal.

The cameraman says he was a friend of the person who owned an apartment that Madge and A-Rod rented to have sex, he secretly set up a camera and caught the two humping.

Lawyers say: "If footage was obtained in this way it would be an outrageous invasion of privacy. But more than that he would not have had his friend’s consent to install the camera and must have entered the apartment without approval to hide it. That is burglary. He would be prima facie guilty of voyeurism. Instead of making a million he’d be going to jail for a few years. Even if the video existed it would probably be seized by the courts.’’

Even so, this is not good press fro Madonna who has been denying claims that her and A-Rod have been bumping uglies. Madonna's lawyers said they are "aware" of the claims but are not commenting.
