Britney Spears' VMA Commercial With Some British Guy

I didn't know Captain Jack Sparrow was hosting the VMAs this year. Sorry bad joke, hopefully MTV's new host, British comedian -- Russell Brand is a lot funnier than me.

Either has Britney Spears, who messes up his name in this promotional spot for MTV's Video Music Awards. Watch below.

See he confused her by saying "surname" she doesn't know what that fucking means. She thought he was asking what his eye color was, that is why she answered "brown."

The second video is more of Britney and Brand shenanigans, where Brand is surprised he is in the same room as the real Britney Spears. He is lucky that the "tame" Spears showed up, because no one would want to be stuck in the same room, alone with an elephant, and the "real" Spears we have all known and grown to love. That is a very scary thought. She was probably on the same drugs they gave the elephant to keep it calm.

MTV will still not confirm if she will appear on the show or not. Spears is nominated for two awards, best female video and best pop video, so I think it is safe to assume she will be there, just no idea if she will perform or not. The show airs Sept. 7.
