Heather Locklear Was Set Up!

Bastards! Heather Locklear was set up but the cops won't listen! TMZ has all the dirt. First of all the cunt who called the cops on Heather is a fomrer, disgruntled Us Weekly employee, who is being investigated by the FBI. Not only did she call the police on Locklear for no reason, she also tipped off the paparazzi after she made the call. Poor Heather.

TMZ reports that: "Jill Ishkanian, was following Locklear in the Montecito area. Ishkanian watched the actress go to a market. When Heather got in her car, Ishkanian called 911, even though the car wasn't even moving at the time. Sources say immediately after Ishkanian called 911, she called a paparazzi agency to give them the heads up Heather was about to be popped."

But the police don't care! CHP sources told TMZ that "the motives of the woman who called 911 are irrelevant," and that Locklear is still being investigated. They will have their drug test results in about three weeks, when they will then decide her fate.

Three weeks? Parents can get drug test kits online that work in 5 minutes. Why does it take the CHP three weeks? That is way too long for me to wait! I can't stand the suspense...
