I guess Britney Spears has been getting too much attention, so something had to come out about her younger sister. And the Spears family legacy just keeps getting better and better. Star magazine is claiming that Jamie Lynn Spears had liposuction at 16 and while she was pregnant! Something that can be very dangerous to the unborn fetus.

A source told the magazine that Jamie was concerned about her weight after finishing her Nickelodeon show Zoey 101 so she pleaded with Mother of the Year -- Lynne Spears to let her get plastic surgery.

A second source said, "She didn't know she was pregnant when she filled out the health questionnaire prior to the procedure. "Her mom approved the injections and went through tons of red tape to get the clinic to administer them to an underage patient."
