Did Chris Brown Beat Rihanna?

Tagged:

Wow, every time I take the weekend off something big happens. Last weekend Michael Phelps decided to get caught smoking weed, and this weekend Chris Brown decided to give some unidentified chick a beat down, right before the Grammy Awards!

So who did Brown give an ass whooping too? No one knows for sure, but this is what we do know:

"Officers received a 911 call about an incident in which a woman accused Brown of hurting her. Authorities have not identified who that woman was, citing confidentiality for victims of domestic abuse." -- via the The Ap

Both Brown and Rihanna canceled their Grammy appearance, Brown turned himself in, and was released on $50,000 bail (Video)

Both Rihanna and Brown's publicist are being quiet, and so is Brown's lawyer.

Sources at the Grammys told The Insider that "Rihanna's face was slightly bruised."

And most important, Brown did not win for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance.

I'll let you know as soon as they announce that the "unidentified victim" was Rihanna.

UPDATE: (Daily News) Sources said Brown beat sexy singer Rihanna, 20, after they fought in his car following a pre-Grammys party.

"She got out of the car to walk home. He got out to stop her," said a source. "Things got physical. He hit her, possibly more than once. She had multiple bruises."

A security guard also said he saw her being taken to the hospital for treatment.

MAJOR UPDATE Rihanna is the alleged victim!
