TMZ has learned Lucie J. Kim is batshit insane, and thinks Miley Cyrus owes all the Asians in L.A. County -- $4,000! She claims that Miley's "just a kid" defense is bull, compared her to Paris Hilton, and filed suit today in L.A. County Superior Court.

Umm Krazy Kim, I hate to be the one to have to tell you this, but Miley is just a kid, she is 16-years-old, and right now you're giving Asians a bad name by suing her.

If a court is actually even insane enough to entertain this lawsuit, then I am owed a lot of money from Rosanne Bar for giving white trash a bad name. The Lesbian community also has my permission to sue Rosie O'donnell for the same reason.

Maybe Lucie isn't so crazy, she may have fixed the economy by giving us all a reason to sue celebrities.
