And now a "sex tape" starring Eric Dane -- the NOT Patrick Dempsey guy on Grey's Anatomy -- his washed up wife Rebecca Gayheart, and an ex-beauty queen, turned Playboy model, now "Hollywood madame" ( Kari-Ann Peniche) has been "leaked" online!?!

After all these "leaks," all the "celebrities" involved hired lawyers to accomplish the impossible task of getting the images removed from the internet. . I'm starting to see a pattern of bullshit developing here. Sex tapes and nude pics are the new official way to get off the D-list, Kathy Griffin should give it a try.

In the video Gayheart -- who is most famous for being the “The Noxzema Girl” -- seems high while she prances around naked with Peniche and her husband. There is a hot tub scene and a shot of Dane's Pee Pee, but the website who released the footage, Gawker, censored his Kibbles 'n Bits with the promise of an "uncensored" version to be released today on the website Fleshbot (site NSFW).

Dane's lawyer Marty Singer told ET in a statement, "This is simply a private consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public. Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.'"

The couple claims the tape should not be used for any commercial purposes. Then they shouldn't leak their own non-sex tapes to get back into the limelight now should they?
