Ok this article is one of THE dumbest articles ever. I am 17 years old. And yea Taylor Lautner being shirtless in the movie is a little odd. But here's two things that they have that this ignorant writer doesn't:

1.) reason- I have never been a fan of the twilight movies, but I HAVE read the books way before the movies came out. And in the BOOK, the werewolves are half naked. Why? because everytime they turn into werewolves, their clothes EXPLODE! literally. Eventually the cost of buying new clothes is going to add up. And in the book Jacob literaly is 109 degrees, so he's ALWAYS burning hot. And so he's ALWAYS half naked, which is why in eclipse he asks bella if "being naked bothers her." they didn't just decide "hey we're going to make taylor shirtless."EVERY single scene he is half naked in the movie, he is half naked in the book.

2.) permission- last time I checked, Taylor Lautner not only KNOWS he is doing this, but signed a contract AGREEING TO IT. He even buffed up his body so he could keep his role because he KNEW what was comming inthe second movie. Somehow I don't think you got Miley Cyrus' permission to put these photos in this article and pass it around.

And as for the vanity fair spread? You have to remember that the reason Miley Cyrus got her job is because she was a role model for little 7 year old everywhere. With that comes double standards that somewhat makes sense, like it or not. And one of those double standards is that if you're an actor for a PG-13 movie and have a reason to be half naked, fine. But if you're a role model for little children AND you had no reason to make yourself look naked for vanity fair (which last time I checked didn't require half naked back to be shot) that's a different thing. It's not like her job depended on vanity fair, and vanity fair required her to do the backless shoot for a good reason. Taylor lautner does his shirtless bit because his role required it, and because that's how it is in the Novel the movie is based on. Miley did the naked back bit because she wanted to be sex appeal, and that's it. There WAS no other reason. You are comparing two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TOPICS....and the only thing you have to string them together is age, while there's a bunch of other things against you.

All together this article is useless. I may be only 17, but I do know an obnoxious writer when I see one. See heres the thing- I actually DID think that when they had Jacob take off his shirt for bella , that was a little over the top. But then again Taylor agreed to this and its IN THE BOOK. what AMAZES me about this author is that he or she is going to complain about Taylor lautner being overexposed at only 17 (even though he AGREED to do it) and talk about how wrong it is still because Taylor's still just a kid right? But then you make your point by SUBJECTING ANOTHER CHILD to the SAME THING?!?! Which is even worse because it's just to make some petty, ill-thought out point and it was WITHOUT HER PERMISSION?! How hypocritical and vile of you. what you're doing- which is using a CHILD as a pawn in your litttle chess game of revenge- is so much worse then New Moon. Sorry.
