Vivid Entertainment got a hold of a series of tapes of Carrie Prejean flicking her bean and wants her permission to release them. The star of their latest sex tape Shauna Sand sent Prejean a letter encouraging her to take control of her life and release the tapes. I totally agree with Sand, but unfortunately Prejean turned her and Vivid down threatening to sue if they continue to bother her.

"I went to the meeting full of rage. During the meeting, however, I realized that I could actually take control of the situation. Instead of spending thousands of dollars in legal fees for a lawsuit that could take months or even years to be resolved, I could actually turn things around.
I told Steven that I wanted to eliminate any compensation to the third party since it was my movie that I not only starred in, but also directed and added the music to. I also told him that I wanted to be involved in the marketing of the movie as I really cared about it.

I’m really glad I made that decision. I’m proud of my body and of the passion that I felt during the making of the movie which became “Shauna Sand Exposed.”

Why don’t you consider taking control yourself and handle this situation on your own terms so that you are in the driver’s seat. It all starts with a telephone call to Steven to find out what your options are. I’d be happy to talk to you one-on-one about how I did it."

They will let anyone write a book these days. The gay bashing, ex-beauty queen Carrie Prejean went on the Larry King Show to pimp her new autobiography Still Standing: The Untold Story of My Fight Against Gossip, Hate, and Political Attacks.

Prejean was "persecuted" by the Blogsphere for taking topless pictures, making a masturbation tape, and stating that she did not believe homosexuals should have the right to get married.

When Larry King asked her about her settlement agreement with the Miss California USA pageant, Prejean told him he was being "inappropriate" and refused to take questions from callers on the show.

TMZ recently reported that Prejean tried to get her solo sex tape squashed by asking her ex-boyfriend to lie and say she was 17-years-old at the time she made it. The unidentified ex claims she was 20 at the time.

Watch the video below to see Prejean fail miserably at trying to storm off of the Larry King Show. The whole thing is really awkward.

UPDATE: Donald Trump just announced that Carrie Prejean gets to keep her crown.

Miss California Carrie Prejean's second "topless" photo was published today on TheDirty.com (at the time of this posting the site was down). I did get a chance to glance at it and it just seemed like the first picture flipped. Nothing really exciting but supposedly there are two or three more to come.

In way more scandalous news singer Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura's computer was "hacked" and two topless pictures of her were leaked on the web last night. Cassie originally responded on her Twitter saying, "IT SEEMS THAT SOMEONE HAS HACKED INTO MY COMPUTER…THAT’S REAL FOUL AND EVIL. NOW STOP ACTING LIKE YOU HAVEN’T SEEN A TITTY BEFORE."

The 22-year-old also released this statement today

"The recent personal pictures that have been leaked on the internet of me were hacked and stolen out of my computer. These photos were obviously never intended for the world to see and it’s sad that people would really take time to steal and post them, it’s just evil. At the end of the day breasts are breasts, mine weren’t the first you’ve seen and they won’t be the last… people need to grow up, let’s move on. Thank you. Cassie.”

According to TMZ Carrie Prejean was only 17 when she took her now famous topless pictures, and they also claim she lied to the Miss California pageant who is threatening to strip her of her crown.

The site obtained an E-mail that Prejean sent to Keith Lewis, Co-Executive Director of Miss California USA that read: "This was when I was 17 years old. I was a minor. It was when I was first getting into the modeling world, being naive, and young. I shouldnt (sic) have taken the photo of me in my underwear. There are no other photos of me. This was the only one I took."

But TMZ knows this is a lie since they received four topless pictures of her, but decided not to publish them because she was underage at the time.

Meanwhile the site TheDirty.com - who originally published the first photo -- are still claiming they're are going to publish the other reputed five topless pics and issued Carrie this warning:

" Carrie you are really making this worse for yourself considering you know what pictures are next."

2Snaps is not interested in being visited by the FBI or publishing nudity, but we will keep you updated if the pictures hit the web. Welcome to the Internet Miss California! Here is the first of a reputed six racy photos of Carrie Prejean making their way around the interwebs. TheDirty.com claims there are five more pictures like this, including one where -- the "traditional family values" beauty pageant contestant -- is completely nude.

These photos could affect her status as Miss California because she is not allowed to be "photographed in a state of partial or total nudity."
